The Knuckle Roll Poker Chip Trick
You may have seen some famous poker players doing the knuckle roll trick during a World Series of Poker. This poker chip trick is actually very hard to learn but when you have mastered it, the trick is absolutely cool. When the knuckle roll trick is done in a very fast pace, the chip would appear to be floating over your fingers and that's really cool to look at.
The knuckle roll trick needs only one poker chip. Begin the trick by placing the chip flatly on the side of your index finger. The thumb is holding the chip that it will not fall. The location should be slightly behind your second knuckle.
Using your thumb, push the chip upward going to the top of your index finger. Then raise your middle finger upward until it has some contact on the edge of the moving chip. Lower your middle finger to pull down the chip. This action makes the chip settle itself in between your index and middle fingers in a straight up manner. Continue the process of lowering your middle finger until the chip will flip over to the top of the middle finger.
Redo the process with the ring finger. Raise your ring finger and let it touch over the edge of the chip. Then lower your ring finger, thus pulling down the chip with it. The chip will then settle itself in between your middle and ring fingers in a straight up position. Continue lowering your ring finger until the chip flips to the top of your ring finger.
Follow the same instructions for the pinky finger. Raise your pinky finger upward and over the chip's edge. When lowering your pinky finger, the chip is pulled down with it. At this position you have two options to choose from.
The first option is you can let the chip settle itself in between your ring and pinky fingers in a straight position. If you choose to do this, then you will have to do the whole process of the knuckle roll trick but in a reverse manner, so that the chip will roll back to its original position.
The second option is to let the chip drop in the gap between the ring and pinky fingers with your thumb catching the chip as it falls. As the thumb catches the chip, position the chip on its flat surface lying evenly on the thumb. Balance the chip that it will not fall and bring it back to its original position traveling underneath all of the fingers. Then raise the chip up on the side of the index finger and you can begin the knuckle roll trick all over again.
The knuckle roll trick is a nice poker chip trick because once learned, you can do the trick in a long loop. It may be hard to learn it but you can do it with patience and practice.
